Lil Wayne, the famous rapper meets with United States President Donald Trump and endorses his campaign for the Presidential Elections on Thursday, October 29. Lil Wayne a.k.a Dwayne Carter discussed the reform of criminal justice in the country. President Trump also posed with him for the press. The rapper uploaded that photo on his Twitter handle.

He said in his tweet that he enjoyed the meeting with Donald Trump. Wayne also credited the President for his work towards criminal justice reformation so far. The President listened to the views of Wayne and promised to look into the matter further more and see what he can do for good. The President have a platinum plan for the black community following the Presidential vote.
According to Judd Deere, the deputy press secretary the President met with Wayne at the Trump National Doral Miami Resort.
Trump used to be a “thing” in the hip hop community
Trump used to be a fan of hip-hop music when he was a business mogul only. Once he came into the White House, the hip-hop world often looks at him with bitter eyes. Lil Wayne supported Hillary Clinton of Democrats in the 2016 Presidential election. The rapper though, has not cleared air if he would vote for Republican’s Trump in the 2020 election.

Now the rapper’s girlfriend Denise Bidot has broken up with him following his endorsement of Trump campaign. However, her friends said that Trump support was not the only reason for their break up, but that too played a major part. Lil Wayne and Denise have unfollowed each other’s Instagram account.
Rapper Lil Wayne is facing backlash on social media due to his Trump support. There was a Rapper named Ice Cube who also apparently extended support for the platinum plan which said to increase capital to almost 500 billion for Black people. They both have criticism from progressives and Democrats.
